Romando released Spy Magician M130 Dio as a 1997 Wonder Fest (Japanese show) Exclusive.  The figure is limited to only 200 pieces.  The figure is a clear M13X Spy Magician with blue chrome head and chest.  He also comes with matching blue chrome wand and bracelet.  The picture to the right is from Tom Vigneau's collection.

M130 Dio - quiet, very anti-social, expert in medical field, develops various cure and remedies.  He is always pondering about the possibility of peaceful coexistence with Acroyears.  He is the opposite of M136 Dyson.
