masked rider orga

After two years hiatus, Bandai finally release two additional Souchaku Henshin Masked Rider 555 series figures, GE-13 Masked Rider Faiz Blaster Form and GE-14 Masked Rider Orga. Both suits make the first appearance in the special Faiz The Movie "Paradise Lost" (along with Masked Rider Pysga). Orga and Pysga are movie only characters while Blaster Faiz show up regular on the TV show. Masked Rider Orga (Omega) is the 6th rider in the Faiz series and the Orga Driver (henshin belt in Faiz series) is the King Belt created to replace the stolen Faiz and Kaiza Driver (in the movie which set in alternate reality). Orga suit has the majestic theme in fitting with the driver being design for the King of Ophanoch. The designation for Orga Driver and phone set is SB-000 and like other Riders in Faiz series, Orga design is also based on Greek alphabet.

The core body for Orga is similar to the one used for the other Faiz Series figures. The armor parts fit nicely and the figure come with vinyl cape and skirt parts that fit nicely onto the chest armor piece and mantle. The most unique feature for both GE-13 Faiz Blaster and GE-14 Orga is the used of clear plastic lens for the eye pieces. I have always wish Bandai would do this with the SH figures since the clear lens really make the figures much more realistic and give them texture not possible with paint application. The lens look nice on both Orga and Faiz Blaster and I only wish Bandai would have done this with the future Souchaku Henshin release, however so far it seems only Faiz Blaster and Orga are the only two figure with this special treatment.

Unmasked Mode

Like other SH Riders figures, the human body underneath can look out of proportion and is solely intended for display with the "cloth" (Rider Armor) on. The core body is similar in style as the body used since the original Saint Seiya Cloth line, however for the 2004 SH line, Bandai have retooled the body to make it more modern. While the head still appears too small due to having to accommodate the mask, this removable "armor suit" however, is one of the aspect that drawn me to this line. The ability to "henshin" into the Rider form make these SH figures a lot like small version of Henshin Cyborg or the RAH costume hero.

Weapon Accessories

Masked Rider Orga come with his sword "Stlancer". The sword is stored in compact mode then extended out when unsheathe from the holster.
