In Spring of 1999, Takara followed up the first series of Magne Power Microman with smaller second wave.  Wave two consisted of more magnemo toys and retool versions of Microman Micro Change toys. The magnemo toys finally added the classic Titans series to the line up along with the magnemo animals. This was the first time since 1978 Police Keeper series that Titans made the return to Microman line-up. The new Titans, however, had very little in common with the old Titans beside the magnetic joints.  The new Titans used the Magnemo-11 joints so they would be compatible with the new "Magne" Robotman A-B-C since they were designed as "power-up" parts for these new Robotman figures. The new Titans had only three magnetic joints, the legs and torso.  The main torso sections doubled as shoulder/arm attachments for the Robotman Microman, which gave the figures strange wide-body looks and the legs used as shoulder mount weapons for the Robotman.  The new Titans design were more like the Micro Robot style of the 1980's New Microman than the old chrome head Microman-like Titans series of the 70's which made them look strangely similar to the Transformers. The Magne Titans also had "real-type" paint job and very asymmetrical looks.  While they were very differences from the old series, the new Titans probably were some of the best looking figures in the new line-up with solid play-value due to their magnemo compatibility.

026 Gun-Body

Magne Titan 026 Gun-Body as the name implied was design based on the guns. The main body look like various gun parts combine together. He was the only one of the three that had the shooting features.  The main body can spit out plastic pellets and his torso and legs and shoot plastic missiles.  When used as power-up for the Robotman his main body became shoulder cannon for the Robotman and the legs form shoulder mount rocket tubes.

027 Jet-Mogler

027 Jet-Mogler was design as a tunneler so his body appeared as various heavy equipments combine together. His left arms had positional claw and what appear to be a laser drill unit. The right side of the body consisted of giant chrome drill that spin when the button on his shoulder was pushed.  When combine with Robotman, the main body of course, form giant drill for Robotman shoulder and the legs became giant claws.

028 Razor-Master

028 Razor-Master was design as giant saws so his body was mixture of various saw parts.  The right side had giant chrome spiral saw that spin when the button was pushed and his left side feature chainsaw. When used as power-up for Robotman, the main body became giant saw for Robotman and the legs became cutters.  Razor-Master had gold plated arms and feet which made him stand out a little from the other two Magne Titans.
